CERA Sanitaryware posts marginal rise in net profit

Ahmedabad, Feb 8

Sanitaryware maker CERA Sanitaryware Ltd has posted a net profit of Rs 22.7 crore for the quarter ended December 2017 against Rs 22.59 crore reported in the corresponding quarter a year ago.

The company's net sales for the quarter stood at Rs 291 crore against Rs 247 crore in the same quarter a year ago, indicating a rise of 17 per cent on a year-on-year basis.

CERA has posted EBIDTA of Rs 42.51 crore in October-December 2017 quarter compared with Rs.41.13 crores in the same quarter last year. The company shares were trading up by 2.12 per cent at Rs 3,333 on the BSE.
