Uttam Raut Desai, managed to crack a
theft case just hours after it was reported.
Mohammed Rafiq Dabloo lodged a complaint stating that Rs 6.5 lakh was stolen from his store Authentic Art and Craft at Palolem.
Police zeroed in on a habitual visitor, Shahid Rather of Jammu and Kashmir, who later confessed to the crime.
