A personsuffered moderate injuries in a crash north of Auckland this morning.

Emergency services were called to the single-car crash on the Coatesville-Riverhead Highway at 6.15am.

The victim was taken to North Shore Hospital with moderate injuries.

A police spokeswoman said traffic has now cleared.
