Cadila Healthcare standalone net leaps

Healthcare player Cadila Healthcare Ltd (Zydus Cadila) posted standalone net profit of ₹306 crore for the quarter ended December 2017 up from ₹22 crore reported in the corresponding quarter a year ago. Total revenues stood at ₹1,632 crore, nearly doubled from ₹825 crore in the same quarter last year. For the nine-month period, net profit stood at ₹848 crore (₹190 crore). Total revenues stood at ₹4,545 crore (₹2,624 crore).

On consolidated basis, Zydus Cadila net profit stood at ₹543 crore for the third quarter, up from ₹324 crore in the same quarter last year. Total consolidated income for the quarter stood at ₹3,301 crore, up from ₹2,380 crore reported last year.
