Spark expands Telecommunications as a Service portfolio

New Zealand operator Spark has added contact centre, unified communication, cloud security access brokerage and site connectivity to its Telecommunications as a Service (TaaS) portfolio. Spark offers services across the TaaS portfolio that include Cisco's hosted collaboration services, Microsoft Skype for Business and contact centre platform Genesys PureCloud.
