Kylie Jenner's baby beats Beyonce's twins

Apparently, celebrity babies are the real champions of Instagram, because Kylie Jenner's first picture of her new daughter has just surpassed Beyonce's pregnancy announcement to become the most-liked photo on Instagram.

Jenner's pic, in which she reveals that the new arrival's name is Stormi, reached well over 14 million likes in its first day online, easily eclipsing Queen Bey's pic from back in February, which currently stands at just over 11 million.

Kylie never confirmed that she was even expecting a baby, preferring to keep the pregnancy as private as possible.

After Stormi was born, though, she made the official announcement via Instagram, sharing a note explaining why she chose to keep her fans in the dark and thanking them for their understanding.

She also uploaded a video showing her progress over the nine month experience, up to and including the birth.
