That's the verdict of Arsenal legend Ian Wright who thinks Antonio Conte's days are numbered.
The Italian manager led Chelsea to the Premier League title last year by winning 30 of their 38 matches.
Conte's attempt to retain the trophy with the blues has proven hopeless as they endure a woeful domestic campaign.
Runaway leaders Manchester City are 19 points ahead of them in the league.
Chelsea currently seem in disarray ahead of a huge Champions League clash with Barcelona this month.
"It's all out of control at Chelsea," Wright told The Debate on Sky Sports.
“It seems to be brought on by himself”

"I can't see him being there next season because the people upstairs have had enough.
“It seems to be brought on by himself.
“When you read what the fans think… I know that winning the league, you feel you will get some leeway.
“He’s not happy and he’s made that very clear from the outset.”
Chelsea have conceded seven goals in their last two Premier League matches.

Wright believes there has been a distinct lack of effort from Conte's players in those performances.
“There’s no togetherness," he added.
“They don’t seem to be fighting for each other.
“That’s what I got from the performance against Watford.
“The manager looks angst and anxious and they don’t seem to be together in the moment.”
