THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Opposition leader Ramesh Chennithala has condoled the death of Kathakali Acharya Padma Bhushan Madavoor Vasudevan Nair.

In his condolence message, Chennithala has said that with the passing away of Madavoor Vasudevan Nair, we have lost an icon who worked towards taking the reputation of Kathakali, which is a great art form of Kerala, to newer heights.
