Arrest warrant out vs 3 Caloocan cops, informer in Kian slay

The Caloocan Regional Trial Court Branch 125 on Wednesday ordered the arrest of four people including three cops for the murder of 17-year-old Kian Loyd delos Santos.
Arrest warrants were issued against Police Officer 3 (PO3) Arnel Oares, PO1s Jeremias Pereda and Jerwin Cruz and police asset Renato Loveraz alias “Nonong.”
They are facing a case of murder and planting of evidence. /jpv
