Police Department
An intoxicated Findlay man, who passed out in the 700 block of South Main Street, was cited for an open alcohol container violation Sunday.
Domestic unrest occurred Monday at dwellings on Jennifer Lane and Prospect Avenue.
The interior of a vacant home was spraypainted at 608 Wilson St. and copper pipe was missing. This report was filed Monday.
An Arlington man was found with drug paraphernalia Monday in the 500 block of North Main Street.
Three Findlay men wanted under separate warrants were captured recently at 1325 Glenhaven Court, in the 2000 block of North Main Street, and the 300 block of West Main Cross Street.

Brian S. Ackerman, 52, was sentenced to complete a program at the Western Ohio Regional Treatment and Habitation Center in Lima as a condition of his community control sanctions, after he pleaded guilty to domestic violence, a third-degree felony. The incident took place on July 18, 2017.
