GoAir appoints ex-Spirit Airlines exec Jyri Strandman as COO

Wadia group-promoted has appointed American national as its chief operating officer. Prior to taking up his present assignment with in December last year, was working with the US-based as its vice president for flight operations. In his capacity as COO, will be responsible for strengthening airline's flight operations, airport, security and airside operations (ASA), flight safety and (IFS), among others, a release said.
