I attended the meeting of the Hampshire County Commissioners 01/22/18.  The topic was the EMS ordinance. The commission has decided to usurp the results of the vote on the EMS levy for one ambulance and crews which needed a 60% majority to pass, and intends to press on with an increase to home owner’s property taxes to fund two ambulances and crews with a $100.00 annual fee to start.
