No one was injured in the crash
FREETOWN — A convenience store in the Assonet area of Freetown was closed Wednesday afternoon after a car crashed into the building.
According to Freetown police, the car crashed into the Circle K on South Main Street at approximately 12:18 p.m. Police said there were no injuries reported by the operator, employees or patrons.
Police said no one was being allowed into the store due to concerns about structural damage, but the gas pumps and Dunkin' Donuts drive-thru remained open.
