Kanpur Plastipack announced that the Rights Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held 07 February 2018 has allotted 23,87,774 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each, issued at a price of Rs 75/- per share (including a premium of Rs 65/- per share), Rs 37.50 paid on Application consisting of Rs 5.00 towards face value and Rs 32.50 towards securities premium, on rights basis to the eligible existing shareholders of the company.
