HUGE: The 2015 BN509 is as big as the Empire State Building
The 2015 BN509 whizzed past in February, 2017, at an astonishing speed of 44,000mph.
It is listed by NASA as a "Potentially Hazardous Asteroid" because of its mind-boggling size.
At an estimated diameter of 430m, it hits a height just short of the 443m flagship New York building from bottom to tip.
Now the space agency has confirmed that the monster rock is back with a vengeance, and is scheduled to approach us on Friday.
Luckily, scientists anticipate it will fly by at 3,063,708 miles away.
But it is listed by NASA as a "Near Earth Object" on its "Close Approaches" page.
And by being defined as potentially hazardous, that means the agency considers its orbit in space may one day result in a smash with Earth.
When it flew past last year, it was compared to a peanut for its unusual shape.
NASA adds that the rock will fly by at around 7.59pm UK time.
It comes after Daily Star Online revealed how the asteroid – 2018 CC – flew past yesterday after it was only spotted on Sunday.
The 17-metre rock is the same size as the asteroid that exploded over Cheylabinsk, in 2013.
We also reported how an asteroid the size of Hyde Park – the 2002 AJ 129 – flew past on Sunday.
