The hashtag #ReleaseTheMemo was very popular ahead of the release of the FISA memo alleging surveillance abuses prior to the 2016 election. Former Obama adviser Ben Rhodes thinks it was all the work of a few right-wingers in the U.S. working hand-in-hand with Russia, all with the help of Fox News:
