PORTSMOUTH — Brick & Barn Real Estate Group recently announced One Commercial Real Estate will become its commercial division, combining the companies’ operations.
The merger is part of the company’s ongoing expansion in the residential and commercial real estate markets throughout the Seacoast and the Upper Valley region. Headquartered in Quechee, Vermont, Brick & Barn Real Estate Group has been helping people navigate the home buying and selling process for decades.
With the addition of One Commercial Real Estate and its founder, Bob Marchewka, 2017’s New Hampshire Commercial Investment Board of Realtors Realtor of the Year, Brick & Barn Real Estate Group will now bring its trademark concierge real estate services to both residential and commercial buyers, sellers and leaseholders throughout the New Hampshire Seacoast.
“We are thrilled to have Bob Marchewka joining us and heading up our expansion into the commercial market,” Brick & Barn Real Estate Group owner Scott Rome said. “Bob brings a wealth of knowledge and more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, management, development and consulting, all of which are a significant asset to us as we continue to expand throughout the Seacoast.”
In addition to being named 2017 Realtor of the Year, Marchewka is chairman of the city of Portsmouth’s Economic Development Commission. He also serves on the National Association of Realtors State and Local Issues Mobilization Committee.
Since 2010, One Commercial Real Estate has been providing commercial real estate brokerage and consulting services throughout the Seacoast, as well as in Dover and Durham.
“Joining forces with a dynamic, rapidly-growing company, like Brick & Barn Real Estate Group, that boasts a strong team, plus a presence in Vermont, New Hampshire and southern Maine, allows us to expand our reach, momentum and further accelerate developing our commercial opportunities,” Marchewka said of his decision to join Brick & Barn Real Estate Group.
To support the growth and the addition of One Commercial, the firm will open a fourth office at Pointe Place in Dover in May. The new Pointe Place includes 200 luxury rental apartments and 40,000 square feet of commercial space. In addition to having an office in the development, One Commercial is also overseeing the lease agreements for the commercial space.
Brick & Barn Real Estate Group currently has 20 agents and brokers across its Quechee, Vermont, Portsmouth, and York, Maine offices. For more information, visit BrickandBarnGroup.com.
