The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown Launches Exclusive Dr Burgener Switzerland Haute Couture Treatment

The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown has launched of the exclusive Haute Couture Treatment by leading skincare range Dr Burgener Switzerland. Available exclusively at The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown, the Haute Couture concept includes a skin analysis followed by a personalised 12-month program utilising the excellence of the most up-to-date cosmetology, cutting edge technology and high performance anti-ageing treatments with cosmetics specifically created for each client.
Created by Dr Pauline Burgener over three years, the focus of the Haute Couture Treatment is to personalise products and treatments specific to the client’s skincare needs. Currently this treatment is only available at one other Four Seasons property in Europe – Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, A Four Seasons Hotel on the French Riviera. Dr Pauline Burgener, co-founder and CEO explains, “Haute Couture is a revolutionary skin treatment that personalises products and treatments to each person’s skin, using cutting edge technology. I look at the needs of the skin and the levels of ingredients that are required for that skin type. The findings go to my laboratory in Switzerland and we produce a personalised product range for the client based on these results.”
Every Haute Couture product contains natural extracts of iris and cedar wood, powerful anti-ageing ingredients. High tech ingredients include ceramides, specific peptides to relax facial muscles and chronopeptides to stimulate the natural defenses of the skin, enriched with vitamin D. “We’re working on restoring the mechanisms of the skin by adding elements that will improve the reaction and full functioning of the cells,” states Dr Burgener.
