Generous donations support Lifeline Food Pantry during holidays

The holiday bustle hit Lifeline Food Pantry hard. During December alone, the Pantry served 363 households. Of those, 100 visited two different times. This means 615 people, both children and adults, received enough food for at least four meals. Those who came twice collected enough for eight. In addition to regular items, Lifeline provided the makings for holiday dinners, including such things as turkey, chicken, and trimmings.

Feeding these large numbers would be impossible without the tremendous support Lifeline received from donors. These individuals and organizations work in partnership with the Pantry Board and volunteers to serve our community. We all owe them our thanks. Those who gave include Les Schwab Tire, The Ponderosa, Potlatch Federal Credit Union, Lewis and Clark Federal Credit Union, Banner Bank, Glenwood IGA, Wells Bench Community Church, Idaho Food Bank, and numerous other community members.
