Gauri Singhvi from Udaypur, Rajasthan has kept her supremacy on sea intact, as she swam 48 km distance from Khar Danda to Gateway of India, which lies on the southern tip of the metropolitan on Tuesday.With this, she has broken her herself record.
The 14-year-old used to swim for hours together in cold water during the night.Gauri, who had earlier covered a distance of 36 km from Sea Link near Worli Koliwada to the Gateway of India is now determined to take a step further by swimming from Khar Danda to Gateway of India, which is said to be 48 km distance.
Earlier in March 2017, she had apparently covered a distance of 36 km from the Sea Link to the Gateway of India.
