FREMONT — A firefighter was being treated for minor injuries at the scene of a two-alarm apartment fire in the city’s Warm Springs district, authorities said Tuesday.
The fire was first reported around 3:20 p.m. and firefighters were able to knock down flames that had spread to four apartments, and work toward containment by 4 p.m. The fire appeared to be out by 4:15 p.m..
