Events will be held from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Feb. 8 at Eastconn, 376 Hartford Turnpike, Hampton, with speaker Kate Farrar from the Connecticut Women's Education and Legal Fund, and Feb. 15 at the Garde Arts Center, 325 State St., New London, with speaker Frances Padilla from the Universal Health Care Foundation.
