Happy Tuesday. A new bipartisan plan proposed in the Senate would grant permanent legal status to young undocumented immigrants called “Dreamers” while also bolstering border security. But it didn’t get any praise from President Donald Trump, who had asked for $25 billion to build a wall between the United States and Mexico.
