Ivanka Trump, 36, will fill in for her father Donald Trump, 71, President of the USA, at the Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, South Korea.
The First Daughter is expected to lead the presidential delegation at the Winter Olympics closing ceremony, representing the US at the event.
The Olympics will begin alter this week on Thursday 8 February, and will end on Sunday 25 February.
There was a clue of Ivanka’s involvement when she tweeted last month she was “getting ready for the upcoming Winter Olympics”.

She teamed this with an article entitled “The 10 greatest American Winter Olympics athletes of all time” by USA Today.
Ivanka was requested to attend the ceremony by President Trump and the United States Olympics Committee, a White House official told CNN.
She will also attend a number of sporting events at the Winter Olympics.
Meanwhile, the US presidential delegation at the opening ceremony will be lead by Vice President Mike Pence.

The American businesswoman and former model began her official, unpaid role at the White House in March 2017.
Her Instagram account reflects her dedication to her duties on the presidential team.
Last week, she posted a video of Donald at the State of the Union speech, quoting a line from his speech.
The caption read: “There has never been a better time to start living the American dream.”

Recently, it was rumoured Donald wanted Ivanka to date a Superbowl star before she married her husband.
Ivanka is now happily married to Jared Kushner, 37, and the couple have three children together.
However, her mother Ivana Trump, 68, revealed her father wanted the blonde political advisor to date Super Bowl star Tom Brady, who is now married to model Gisele Bundchen.
This was revealed in Ivana's book, Raising Trump, released in October last year.
