As yet another Army camp in Kashmir came under terror fire last night, Congress MP Shashi Tharoor today accused the Centre of "being absent without leave", that is, dereliction of duty.Tharoor accused the Centre of doing nothing to save Indian soldiers from getting martyred in unprovoked ceasefire violations by Pakistan. Last night's attack came a day after four Army personnel, including a captain, were killed in ceasefire violations by Pakistani forces.
