Rep. Chris Collins, R-N.Y., predicted Tuesday that Republicans would write a second memo to rebut the Democratic memo that rebuts the GOP's first memo outlining surveillance abuses under the Obama administration.
"My guess is that after the Democratic rebuttal is released, and I'm confident it will be, you'll probably see a Republican rebuttal to the rebuttal," Collins said on CNN.

Last week, Republicans on the House Intelligence Committee voted to release their first memo, which said the Obama administration used a document paid for by the Clinton campaign to spy on a former Trump staffer.
This week, everyone on the committee voted to release a Democratic rebuttal memo.
Votes were needed in both cases because the memos included classified information. After the votes, it's up to President Trump to decide whether to release the memo in full or in part.
Trump released the Republican memo in full, and this week will have to decide on the Democratic memo.
A GOP rebuttal memo, if written, would have to go through the same process if it included classified information.
