UPDATE: LMPD arrests man accused of robbing Stock Yards Bank

Thanks to the public's help, a suspect in a Louisville bank robbery has been arrested.

According to police, Gene Collins, 51, entered Stock Yards Bank on Poplar Level Road on Tuesday. Collins approached a teller window and demanded cash. No one was injured during the robbery.

Police released surveillance photo of the suspect Wednesday and asked for the public's help in capturing the wanted man.

Collins is facing robbery and other charges.
