Did Kylie Jenner name her baby daughter Butterfly?

Kylie Jenner's fans believe they have discovered the name of her first child, who was born on February 1.

Taking to Twitter in their droves, many people think she has been named Butterfly, after she dropped a series of big hints.

Not only are there butterflies in the baby's nursery, but Kylie, 20, and Travis, 25, have had matching butterfly tattoos done. He also has a song called Butterfly Effect.

Kylie also stepped out wearing a necklace which was embellished with the little critters, which she clutched tenderly with her hand.

And there was that selection of pink butterfly rings which she wore alongside a pink manicure.

Moreover, eagle-eyed fans think the insect is an Easter egg in her 'To My Daughter' pregnancy announcement video, alluding to her choice of name.

The 11-minute clip was released on Sunday night, alongside a detailed post in which Kylie explained why she kept her pregnancy under wraps.

The reality star has long used Twitter to drop hints about her life, even letting slip that she was having a daughter after posting lots of pink things on Instagram.

Her fans said: 'If Kylie Jenner has called this kid butterfly I'll scream.'

However, lots of her other fans think the name will be butterfly themed, with talk of Mariposa and Monarch also coming into question.

The little girl will be Kris Jenner's eighth grandchild, and cousin to Kim Kardashian West's children North, Saint and Chicago; Kourtney Kardashian's children Mason, Penelope and Reign and Rob Kardashian's daughter dream.

Khloe Kardashian is also pregnant with her first child, due later this year.
