BUDGET AND FINANCE COMMITTEE
ACTION: Authorizing the filing of an application with the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development to update a grant filing under the FTA.
ACTION: Approving the 2018 budget amendment to the 2018 Budget Plan submitted by the Terrebonne Parish Veterans Memorial District for the museum building phase II.
ACTION: Rejected bids for generator equipment.
ACTION: Declared printers, radios, four-wheeler, pump, monitors and miscellaneous equipment from various departments/divisions, having a value of $5,000.00 or less, as surplus and authorizing said items to be disposed of.
ACTION: Authorized a cooperative endeavor agreement with Lenox-Hotard American Legion Post 31 to partially fund the services and operations of the post, 602 Legion Drive for $30,000.
ACTION: Authorized a cooperative endeavor agreement with Southeast Louisiana Legal Services.

ACTION: Authorized the Parish President to award a bid for the purchase of new electrical inventory products to bidders that provide the lowest bids.
ACTION: Authorized the Parish President to negotiate and execute a cooperative endeavor agreement with the Parish Sheriff's Office for the 2018 Public Safety Program.
ACTION: Approved bidding process for Recreation District No. 2-3 for a generator for the lighting of the boys' and girls' fields.
ACTION: Approved bidding process for Recreation District No. 1. for materials and labor to close in a ditch at Oakshire.
ACTION: Approved bidding process for Recreation District No. 1. for materials and labor to pave or limestone parking and driving area at Oakshire.

POLICY, PROCEDURE AND LEGAL COMMITTEE
ACTION: Approved a co-sponsorship request from the United Houma Nation Vocational Rehabilitation Annual Celebrating Abilities Disability Pow Wow March 17-18 at 221 Moffet Road.
ACTION: Approved a co-sponsorship request from the Terrebonne Foundation for Academic Excellence Run for Excellence Food Fest on May 12 in downtown Houma.
ACTION: Approved a co-sponsorship request from the American Cancer Society for the annual Relay for Life of Terrebonne Parish at the Houma-Terrebonne Civic Center on April 28.
ACTION: Approved the 2018-19 schedule for the renewal of boiler and machinery equipment breakdown premiums.
ACTION:Approved the 2018-19 schedule of the renewal of property insurance, special equipment floater and inland marine policies.
PUBLIC SERVICES COMMITTEE
ACTION: Accepted a quote from Dupre Brothers Construction Co. for the Smithridge Bridge repair project.
ACTION: Accepted a change order for the South Wastewater Treatment Plant Levee rehabilitation for a deduction of $124,655.
ACTION: Accepted the work from Phylway Construction LLC for the completion of seven levee improvements and extension phase III, Boudreaux Canal to Lashbrook Pump Station project.
ACTION: Approved Amendment No. 7 for the engineering agreement for the Ward 7 Levee Improvements and Extension project.
ACTION: Approved Amendment No. 1 for the engineering agreement for the Sylvia Street drainage improvements phase 3A.
ACTION: Approved a change order for the construction agreement for the Hollywood Road extension project.
ACTION: Authorized the parish president to submit and amendment to the Terrebonne Parish Gustav and Ike Disaster Recovery Plan budget to the state and HUD to comply with the community development block grant disaster recovery fund.
ACTION: Ratified the appointment of GIS Engineering LLC to provide engineering services for the elevation of the levee at cell No. 1 and upgrade the South Wastewater Treatment Plant.
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND PLANNING COMMITTEE
ACTION: rescinded the condemnation order for the residential structure at 604 Linda Ann St., Gray.
ACTION: Authorized the parish president to execute Addendum No. 2 to the lease agreement between the parish and Uptown Enterprise LLC for the purpose of housing it’s Department of Housing and Human Services.
