The Delaware State Dental Society will sponsor its 15th annual Give Kids A Smile program Feb. 10 in Wilmington, Dover and Middletown.
More than 100 underserved children will receive free dental services from DSDS members with the coordinated help of 140 hygienists, dental assistants, office staff and dental supply representatives.
This year’s program will be held from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Feb. 10 at the office of Graylyn Dental, 2205 Silverside Road, Wilmington; the office of Douglas Ditty, Suite 1, 1004 S. State St., Dover; and the office of Dental Associates of Delaware, 106 St. Anne’s Church Road, Middletown.
Give Kids A Smile is held annually to provide free, easily accessible dental services to school-age children and to raise awareness of the epidemic of untreated dental disease occurring locally and nationally, and create local public and private partnerships to increase access to oral health care to solve this crisis
