Gautam Rode and Pankhuri Awasthy are officially husband and wife – check out the inside pics and videos from their dreamy wedding

And they are now husband and wife! Gautam Rode tied the knot with the love of his life, Pankhuri Awasthy last night in Delhi. The wedding ceremony took place at Tijara Fort Palace in the town of Alwar, which is just about 150 kms from the capital. The pictures and videos from the wedding are going viral on social media, and needless to say, it was a dreamy and royal affair as the two exchanged the wedding vows under the fireworks. There was band-baaja Gautam sat in a purple vintage car and headed to the venue with the baarat. The friends of the groom there got him to the point where Pankhuri and Gautam exchanged the varmalas. After that the two made their way to the mandap where they took the saat-pheras and officially begun their happily ever after.

Many don’t know that the couple got officially engaged in Diwali last year. Gautam had exclusively also spoken to BollywoodLife about the same saying, “The engagement isn’t a secret anymore. Everyone knows about it now. The intention was never to keep it a secret. I have always believed that there is no point of talking about something until you know which direction it is going to go in. Once both the families got involved, we got engaged, I did speak about it. Now, I know for sure that our relationship is moving towards marriage and hence I am talking about it.”
