Reward raised to $10,000 for cattle theft
The Neosho County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a cattle theft that occurred on November 7, six miles north of Parsons. A $10,000 reward has been offered.
There were 11 black heifers weighing approximately 750 lbs. and one black bull weighing approximately 1.100 lbs. The heifers were branded with a 3 and backwards G on the left hip. The bull was branded with a double XX on the left hip. The reward will go to the first person with verifiable information that leads investigators to identify the perpetrators of the crime. Anyone with information should contact Undersheriff Greg Taylor or Lt. Detective Mike Coover at the Neosho County Sheriff’s Office, (620) 244-3888.
