• Breweries continue to be popular in Stark County with the recent opening of Paradigm Shift Brewing in Massillon and Sandy Springs Brewing Co. in Minerva, plus Fat Head's Brewery is opening its doors next month on Everhard Road NW.
• Middlebranch Elementary recently opened its new MakerSpace, a hands-on space dedicated for students to design, build, experiment and problem-solve complete with a 3-D printer, technology and Lego wall.
