Court denies suppression of evidence in Dwayne Miller case

Eleventh Judicial District Chief Judge Patrick M. Murphy on Friday denied a motion in the Dwayne Miller case for suppression of evidence obtained by police following a traffic stop at about 2:15 a.m. Oct. 14.

Miller faces charges of kidnapping, felony menacing and possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
