Aloysius and Palisena brought to court 
Perpetual Treasuries owner Arjun Aloysius and its CEO Kasun Palisena have brought before Colombo Fort Magistrate a short while ago.
They were arrested by the Criminal Investigation Department yesterday (Feb. 04) over their alleged links with the Central Bank bond scam.
