Cottonseed oil cake futures fall on weak cues

Marketmen said fall in demand from animal feed makers along ample stocks position in the spot market attributed the fall in oil cake futures. At the National Commodity and Derivative Exchange, oil cake for delivery in February contracts, lost Rs 14.50, or 0.83 per cent, to Rs 1,740 per in an open interest of 92,380 lots. Likewise, the March contracts slipped Rs 13.50, or 0.76 per cent, to Rs 1,754 per quintal, in an open interest of 1,05,800 lots.
