ANDA, Pangasinan, Philippines — A boy drowned in a well in Barangay Sablig in this town on Saturday.
James Catap, 13, and his cousin were fetching water when he fell into the well.
Catap was pronounced dead on arrival at the Bolinao Community Hospital.
