MANIKGANJ: The ferry service on the Paturia-Daulatdia route in the Padma River has resumed after over six hours.
The service was suspended in the early hours on Monday (February 05) due to the poor visibility following the dense fog.
Assistant general manager of Paturia ferry ghat Nasir Mohammad Chowdhury confirmed the matter to the Banglanews.
The authorities suspended the service on the route at about 2:30 am due to tick fog. The service on the route resumed at about 9:00 am.
