THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Opposition leader Ramesh Chennithala has received a reimbursement of Rs. 14.5 lakh as TA, DA, telephone bill, medical benefits etc. from the government treasury after the LDF government came to power.
The details of the opposition leader’s expenses came to light when Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan responded with supporting documents to K V Abdul Khader MLA’s question.
Chennithala has received a reimbursement of Rs. 5,56,061 towards TA and DA till date. He has also received Rs. 4,12,819 towards flight ticket charges and Rs. 3,91,872 towards telephone bill, said the CM.
