Warren County couple with dementia found safe


UPDATE @ 3:16 p.m.:

The Warren County was found safe in Adams County Ohio and plans are being made to reunite them with family, the Warren County Sheriff’s Office said.

INITIAL REPORT:

The Warren County Sheriff’s Office is looking for an elderly couple reported missing this morning from Deerfield Township.

Robert Cornelius, 83, and his wife, Selma Cornelius, 80, have not been seen since 6 p.m. Sunday.

Both suffer from dementia, according to a press release issued this morning.

The Corneliuses should be traveling in a 2016 burgundy Ford Fusion four-door sedan, with Ohio license plate EIZ2948.

If anyone sees this vehicle, or has any information on their whereabouts, call the Warren County Communications Center at (513) 925-2525 and request to speak with the Deerfield Township supervisor.
