1-Are there two meetings in store for St. John Vianney and St. Rose?
St. John Vianney and St. Rose, ranked No. 1 and No. 2 in the NJ.com Top 20, respectively, won’t play each other in the regular season, but two meetings could be on the horizon. If St. Rose beats Manasquan on Saturday, it would likely get the No. 2 seed in the Shore Conference Tournament, meaning it could face Vianney in the final. With the way things stand, these teams would also likely meet in the South Jersey, Non-Public A semifinals.

2-Can Franklin find its postseason magic again?
Franklin’s resume isn’t glowing right now – but then again, it wasn’t at this time last year, either. The Warriors have certainly made progress from December until now, and this team, led by junior Diamond Miller, will be amped up to make another run at the T of C and will try to win its first-ever Somerset County Tournament title after being eliminated in the semifinals by Gill St. Bernard’s a year ago.

3-Can a fully-healthy Rutgers Prep team make that long-awaited run?
Rutgers Prep has been hampered by injuries all season, but is as close to healthy as it has been in more than a year. With Jahsyni Knight’s role growing by the day and Leilani Correa moving past an ankle injury, this is a Rutgers Prep team that has the capability to win a Tournament of Champions title. All three of Rutgers Prep’s losses have come on the road against the top three teams in the state, and the Shore Conference.
