Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Bachchan is most lovable couple in the B-town. They give couple goals to many followers and fans. Today, Abhishek Bachchan has turned 42, and on his special day we are going to talk about how he almost married another beautiful lady and not Aishwarya Rai.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek got hitched on April 20, 2007, and the Miss World become the bahu of Bachchan’s family. Abhi and Ash have worked together in many film like, Guru, Dhoom 2, Raavan among others. They met in 2000, on the set of the movie ‘Dhai Aksar Prem ke and later worked in ‘Kuch Naa Kaho’ in 2003. At the time, they were just friends. It was reported that, the sparks of love ignited between the two while shooting for the item song, Kajra Re, on the sets of ‘Bunty Aur Babli’ in 2005. Finally, at the premiere of Mani Ratnam’s ‘Guru’ in Toronto, Abhishek Bachchan proposed Aishwarya Rai in Toronto during the premiere of their movie and she immediately agreed. And both of them soon tied the knot, and now the couple have a beautiful daughter Aradhya, who was born on November 16, 2011.

Karisma Kapoor and Abhishek Bachchan worked together in the movie ‘Haan Maine Bhi Pyaar Kiya Hai’. The love blossomed in the heart of the actors and they fell in love with other. Bachchan and Kapoor families accepted Abhi and Karisma’s relationship and soon decided them to get hitched. It is reported that Abhi had got engaged to Karishma Kapoor but further their relationship broke off, and Abhishek involved himself more in work.

Rani Mukerji

During the shooting of ‘Kabhi Khusi Kabh Gham’, Amitabh Bachchan liked Rani Mukerji in the film. It is rumoured that, Amitabh had decided to make Rani’s bahu of Bachchan family. But Jaya Bachchan did not want to make her bahu because of her height. However, the marriage rumour of Abhi and Rani has remained as a rumour.
