THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: DGP Jacob Thomas has responded to the charge-sheet filed against him by chief secretary Paul Antony, saying that he stands firm with his previous comments about the government and that they are based on facts.

He also clarified in his response that the government had not given clear warning relating to the Ockhi cyclone.
