Cooks caught a Tom Brady pass in the redzone as the Patriots tried to come back from conceding an early touchdown.
He found himself one-on-one with Philadelphia Eagles defender Rodney McLeodand saw no way through.
Cue the hurdle. Cooks leapt into the air and tried to jump OVER McLeod to get into the endzone. It ended in failure as McLeod nailed him to the floor - but it went down well on Twitter.
One fan wrote: "That's the best non-play I've ever seen, bravo Brando."
Another said: "Brandin Cooks thought he was in the WWE for a hot second #SuperBowl."
While a fellow NFL supporter said: "Brandin Cooks getting powerbombed is a wonderful #SuperBowl moment. #Eagles."
