WACO, Texas, Feb. 4: Aerial lift manufacturer Versalift recently concluded a comprehensive market survey to poll customers and industry experts on key issues regarding ownership experience and product lifetime value.
The company then extended its appreciation to survey participants by randomly drawing the names of twelve respondents to reward them with a Versalift-branded Yeti cooler.
Versalift executives announced the winners during a drawing that was held at their bucket truck manufacturing facility on January 26th. Presiding over the drawing (left to right) were EVP and COO Jay Jeffrey, CEO Curt Howell and VP of Sales Jack Jeffrey.
The Survey, titled "Defining Market and Customer Value," examines product characteristics and the factors that influence purchasing decisions. Versalift sought insight into a number of areas, including:
•Smart technology on some of its aerial lifts
•New capabilities
•Enhanced features
•Factors influencing pricing
•Innovations in safety & risk management
•Customer expectations in service
•Lifetime value of equipment ownership
"With the strong response rate, we have acquired new insights into what factors are driving purchasing decisions, and a far deeper understanding of what constitutes value in today's dynamic capital equipment market," said Jay Jeffrey. "Knowledge is power. With customers experiencing so much new technology, changing requirements, and a challenging financial and operational risk environment, Versalift has the data to support our growth strategy going forward," he added. "We are most grateful to all the professionals who offered their valuable time in completing our survey and providing us with their expert views." Drawing winners are being contacted this week so that they can receive their prizes.
