‘I share a close bond with Zoya’

Actor Ranveer Singh, who is again working with Zoya Akhtar in Gully Boy, says he shares a very close bond with the film's director. “Zoya is more than a director (to me). She is someone with whom I share a very close bond with. We have a very open channel of communication and that makes us a great director-actor combination. She is one of the finest directors we have,” said Ranveer. He says that the story of Gully Boy is very dear to the duo. “Gully Boy is perhaps the most dearest film. It is one of the most closest to me after Band Baaja Baaraat.”

Actress Jennifer Aniston has hinted at the possibility of a Friends reunion, almost 15 years after the show ended. She spoke about the show during an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

DeGeneres asked Aniston what everyone has always been wondering about a reunion: “Is it even in the realm of possibility?” She said, “Anything is a possibility. I mean, George Clooney got married.That's like an anything can happen.”

Film world is changing: Boone

The Blacklist actress Megan Boone says she feels “fortunate” to work with considerate men who are willing to drive a change in the narrative and let female characters take the spotlight.

Boone has worked in a gender-balanced environment, but the the 34-year-old American actress takes note of the movement led by women demanding equality and more power in Hollywood.

She said, “I feel there is a tremendous change (for women in showbiz) because the world of film is changing dramatically and I, fortunately, work with gentlemen and people who are extremely warm and are considerate.”
