When Phil Desarno's father died four years ago, he made one last promise to him at his funeral.
"I'll never forget before the casket actually closed for the last time, I closed my eyes and I swore to myself that if they go to a Super Bowl, I'm going." Desarno said.
Phil kept his word, and is headed to Minnesota to see the Philadelphia Eagles take on the New England Patriots in Super Bowl LII Sunday, and he says his dad won't be far away.
