Kylie Jenner pregnancy rumours had been circulating for months.

And the reality star has finally confirmed the news and announced the birth of her and boyfriend Travis Scott's baby girl on her Kylie Jenner Twitter page.

The 20-year-old make-up mogul and reality star revealed she gave birth on February 1, 4:43pm and that her daughter weighed 8lbs 9oz.

She told fans that she was sorry for keeping her pregnancy quiet, but that she wanted to keep her baby healthy.

In a statment, Kylie told her 24 million followers in a statement : "I'm sorry for keeping you in the dark through all the assumptions.

"I understand you're used to me bringing you along on all my journeys.

"My pregnancy was one I chose not to do in front of the world."

The star continued: "I knew for myself I needed to prepare for this role of a lifetime in the most positive stress-free and healthy way I knew how."

"There was no gotcha moment, no big paid reveal I had planned.

"I knew my baby would feel stress and every emotion I chose to do it this way for my little life and our happiness."

Kylie added: "Pregnancy has been the most beautiful, empowering and life-changing experience I've had in my entire life and I'm actually going to miss it.

"I appreciate my friends and especially my family for helping me make this special moment as private as we could."

"My beautiful and healthy baby girl arrived February 1st and I just couldn't wait to share this blessing.

"I've never felt love and happiness like this I could burst."

She concluded: "Thank you for understanding."

Kylie also posted a video, which showed her pregnancy journey. 

This saw her friends, family, Travis and Kylie preparing for the pregnancy and fans even got to hear her giving birth. 

Kylie and US rapper Travis, 25, have been dating each other since April 2017, when they were spotted at US festival Coachella together.

This was just weeks after she split from ex rapper boyfriend Tyga.
