Jennifer Ellison cut her head open with her own skate during a live show
Dancing On Ice contestant Lemar did his best to improve on his skating technique during tonight’s performance, despite falling into the bottom two for the last three weeks on the ITV series.
But as the scores came through, a lukewarm result made Olympic champion Chris, 60, get out of his seat for some much-needed lessons on the singer’s lift technique.
As the judges and presenters Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield, 55, were left collectively stunned by the judge’s bottom-wiggling demonstration, Holly seemed particularly perturbed.
“You can’t do lifts like this,” Chris declared, as Phillip’s jaw dropped open.

“Different show, it’s a different show,” Lemar then said nervously.
As the audience were in stitches, Chris ignored them and carried on trying to give some valuable advice to Lemar.
He insisted: “It’s wobbling, it’s wobbling,” as Phillip finally decided to put an end to it.
“Stop man, will you stop,” he begged, as Chris replied: “I was just demonstrating what was happening on the ice.”
The chaos continued as Jayne, 60, put her face in her hands, unable to concentrate on the seriousness of the competition.
“I did not know where to look,” Holly confessed.
Notoriously nasty judge Jason Gardiner couldn’t manage to get things back on track either, as his first critique was: “I don’t know what kind of lifts you’re doing.
“We never lift like that in the ballet.”

While Lemar and Melody only managed to achieve a collective score of 20.5 for their performance this week, it seemed that the curse on their bottom two skate-off was lifted.
Following a tense moment that had fans still convinced Lemar would be skating his trusty Bruno Mars routine at the end of the show, Phillip suddenly cried out that he was going through into next week’s instalment to almighty cheers from the audience.
It was also revealed by presenter Jordan Banjo that next week’s theme will be Love Week, presumably to coincide with Valentine’s Day.
Dancing On Ice continues Sundays at 6pm on ITV.
