Devin Carpenter has been promoted to EAI Investigator at the Hutchinson Correctional Facility effective Jan. 29.

Primary Residential Mortgage Inc. welcomed Alicia “Kathy” Burrola as a new loan officer to its Hutchinson lending team, under the management of Radley Brooks.

Burrola, a native of Hutchinson, speaks fluent Spanish. She’s been in the financial industry for 10 years, previously at People’s Bank & Trust and SNB Bank of Kansas.

“We are very excited to have Kathy join our team in Hutchinson for several reasons,” Brooks stated. “She has a highly respected reputation for her exceptional customer service. Working in various banking positions, Kathy has developed a number of relationships and affiliations in our community.”

Installation ceremonies for the 2018 Hutchinson Builders Association Board of Directors were Jan. 26.

Josh Ediger, Erickson Custom Building, was sworn in as president by Sean Miller, representing the Kansas Building & Industry Association.

Matt Engelland, Engelland Construction is past-president.

The Association Directors are; Michael Post, City of Hutchinson Building Inspection Dept., Jerry Feldman, Star Lumber & Supply Co., Troy Brandt, Lowes Commercial Sales, Jason Chastain, Mark Borecky Construction, Ron Vincent, Carl Vincent Service and Mark Buck, Buck Roofing.

Out-going board members include Curtis Mitchell, Mark Borecky Commercial Construction, and Chris Young, Strawn Contracting.

The association exists to be a voice of the building industry in the Hutchinson area, with a mission of promoting the highest building industry standards, to have a positive impact on the building industry and community as a whole, and help the community have access to the American dream of homeownership.

Underground Vaults & Storage Inc., has promoted members of its management team to new leadership roles.

Jeff Ollenburger has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Business Development, he is charged with leading the company’s growth through acquisitions and new offerings.

Brandon Weber has been promoted to Vice President of Operations and will provide management over storage operations in addition to the destruction division he previously directed.

Stephanie Pauley has been promoted to Manager of Sales, Customer Service and Marketing and will now provide leadership over the sales activities of the company in addition to the customer service team.
